His role at dbHMS is specializing in the design phase of project management, and engineering of electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, security, and quality control. Victor has over seventeen years of experience in the building construction industry involving Electrical Systems Design, Engineering and Project Management.

Victor has also provided construction support, construction estimates and value engineering services from preliminary conceptual design to final construction punch list, commissioning and project close-out.
