dbHMS has completed the design of a new 180,000 sf charter school building for the UNO Charter Schools.  The building will house two elementary schools and a high school.  The school is slated to be operational in the fall of 2008.  The project is proceeding with LEED Gold certification and will utilize efficient lighting and controls, solar hot water heating and efficient HVAC systems.
