Chicago State Daycare Facility

dbHMS completed the design of this 30,000 sf day care facility for the Chicago State university in 2006.  The building included classrooms, kitchen and dining areas and special education spaces.  The building was integrated with the campus wide heating and cooling plant.  The HVAC system included a central air handling system with fan powered VAV terminals for distribution.  High efficiency lighting with controls were provided for the building.
