This unique project is in the process of converting the 100 year old Sears Power House Building into a Charter School. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and will incorporate a geothermal heating and cooling system coupled with efficient lighting, water saving plumbing fixtures and re-cycled materials. The project has been funded by IFF.
