The project is slated for completion in the Spring of 2008. dbHMS is the design build partner for Great Lakes Heating and Plumbing and is in the process of designing all plumbing systems in the building. dbHMS is the design build partner for Gurtz Electric and is also responsible for the electrical design for the building.
