dbHMS has been contracted to perform the design for a complete MEP/FP renovation for this 100 year old, 25 story tower in Chicago. The building includes offices, theater, sky chapel, main chapel and a residence on the upper floors.  The project involves replacement of all air handling systems, upgrades to the heating and cooling central plants, all plumbing systems and upgraded electrical and low voltage systems.
