The 26 story building is a mixed use building in Evanston, IL with retail, parking garage, health club and 250 condominiums. dbHMS was the design build partner for Great Lakes Heating and Plumbing & was responsible for the designs of all plumbing systems  dbHMS produced shop drawings to coordinate all MEP trades in the building.
