Logan Square Market dbHMS worked with Studio Gang Architects to develop conceptual plans for a 165,000 sq ft year round market, retail, restaurant, parking and cultural space development in the Logan Square neighborhood. The concept involved using a saw toothed roof design to integrate natural lighting with natural ventilation and solar hot water heating. The project also incorporated geothermal heat pumps for heating and cooling portions of the building.
