The Fremont dbHMS has begun work on a 130,000 sq ft “boutique hotel” in Chicago. The project aims to be first sustainable hotel of its kind in the City. dbHMS is working with Jordan Mozer and Associates, Architects to evaluate several sustainable ideas for this project. The project is slated to be a LEED certified project.
