The Edward H. Levi Administration Building is prominently located at the axis terminus of the University of Chicago Quadrangle. Due to the building’s location, it was often considered a barrier when walking across the campus. To increase circulation, a renovation was completed to open up the solid façade and create a pedestrian portal through the center of the building.

This rowing training and boat storage facility is the fourth of four boathouses built as a revitalization effort of the Chicago River. It is the second of two dbHMS boathouses in this program (the first being WMS Boathouse at Clark Park), both designed by Studio Gang Architects. The Design-Bid-Build project consists of two buildings containing boat storage and rental services, an exercise area and event space.

The Environmental Law and Policy Center (ELPC) is a public interest legal advocacy organization advancing clean energy, green transportation, and the preservation of natural places in the Midwest. ELPC wanted a cutting-edge green facility for their new headquarters located on the 16th floor at 35 E. Wacker, known as the Jewelers Building, a Chicago Landmark.
