AN INSIDE LOOK AT BUILDING ENCLOSURE PERFORMANCE TESTING
Testing a building’s enclosure to determine as-built performance is a critical step in the Building Enclosure Commissioning process. dbHMS utilizes in-house expertise and sophisticated technology to offer a wide range of building enclosure testing services. In this site visit, enclosure tightness testing and infrared thermography are demonstrated to determine the overall tightness of the building, and to identify air leakage sites along with thermal anomalies in the exterior assemblies of a building.
